The Anna's Hummingbird apparently arrived Jan. 6 when I was out of town (birding), and was
still here on Feb. 8 (sharing space with the Rufous Hummingbird--see other pages
on website) but was NOT seen on Feb. 10
He talks much of the time when we find him in our yard--a constant ratchety scratchy sound, with a little
bit of more varied "singing" periodically. Much different than our Rufous Hummingbird.
